App Usage Instructions:

After downloading and installing the app, open it. You can register an account using your email: enter an email address that can receive verification codes, and then set a password.

You will receive an email similar to the one shown below, containing a verification code. Please use this code to complete the verification process. If the email is not in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.

After logging in, enable Bluetooth on your phone and tap the "+" icon in the top left corner of the screen to add a new device. Wait for approximately 30 seconds for your phone to display nearby connectable devices. Select your purchased machine from the list. The serial number of the machine can be found under the bumper; you can verify the serial number to ensure a correct connection.
*Please note that the serial number on the charging station is not the machine's serial number, so do not confuse the two.

Once the machine is successfully added, it will appear on the home screen of the app. You can then tap the machine icon and choose to connect to Wi-Fi, allowing the machine to access the network and begin operating normally.
*Please note that the 4G connection is automatic and requires no manual setup. When Wi-Fi is disconnected, the machine will automatically switch to a 4G signal, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Tap the card to enter the machine settings. The following image will appear, and by clicking "Add," you can directly enter map management and add a map. Alternatively, you can access "Map Management" by tapping the icon in the top right corner of the app to define the mowing area and path. Use the joystick to control the machine and plan the map by moving it slowly. For detailed instructions on mapping areas and pathways, please refer to here.

After completing the mapping, click the "Finish" button, and then adjust your mowing parameters below. Please note that the mowing speed can only be adjusted when the machine is idle; it cannot be modified during an active task. Therefore, ensure all settings are finalized before mowing begins.

You can set a mowing schedule by tapping the "Schedule" button in the app, enabling the machine to start mowing automatically.
*Please note that when the machine begins mowing according to the set schedule, if it needs to return to the charging station mid-task, it will remember the point where it paused. When the next mowing schedule begins or if you manually start the mowing, the machine will automatically resume from the last paused position.

How to Change Your Email Address
If your Neomow is already connected to the app, please follow these steps:
- On the home page of the app, tap the three dots on the machine details page.
- Tap the trash can icon in the top right corner and confirm to delete.
- Register with a new email and reconnect your machine to complete the process.
If your Neomow is not yet connected to the app, please follow these steps:
- Simply register a new account using a new email.
- Connect your machine, and the change will be complete.
- On the home page of the app, tap the three dots on the machine details page.

How to Change Your Password:
- Open the app and tap on "My," then select "Account."
- Tap on "Change Password," enter your current password and new password to complete the update.

When an update is available, the app will automatically notify you.

Upon receiving the update notification, tap on it to be redirected to the app store.

How to Update the Firmware Version:

When you access the device details page, you will be prompted with a notification if a new firmware version is available.

Navigate to the device's firmware version page. If a new version is available, an update firmware version button will appear. Click this button to proceed with the update.
Troubleshooting

What to Do If You Can't Control the App During Mapping?
If you are unable to control the app during the mapping process, it may be due to an issue with the Bluetooth connection. We recommend the following steps:
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, then turn it back on.
2. Reconnect your device and see if normal control is restored.

Why Can't I Connect to the Machine via Bluetooth?

The problem may be due to your phone being too far from the machine. Please move your phone closer to the machine and see if a connection can be established.

The Bluetooth module might be malfunctioning. We recommend turning your phone's Bluetooth off and on again to see if this resolves the issue.
