How long does a repair usually take?
Repairs typically take 5-7 business days. If replacement parts are out of stock, the repair time may extend up to 30 days.
Are replacement parts original?
Yes, we use original parts for replacements, although they may not always be brand new. The replaced parts will retain the original part's warranty period.
How will I receive my device after repair?
We will pack and ship your device back to you and notify you via email.
Do you provide a repair report?
Yes, we can provide a repair report. If you need one, please contact our customer service team.
