If you encounter issues connecting to Wi-Fi when setting up the machine for the first time, the problem may be related to your router's signal. Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Place the machine closer to the router. Typically, the indoor coverage range of a home router is about 30-50 meters, and it may extend further in open outdoor areas, depending on the Wi-Fi module's performance.
- Our machine supports both 2.4G and 5G frequency bands. If your router's frequency band doesn't match the machine's, try switching to a different router.
If the issue persists even after changing the router, we recommend switching to a 4G network for the machine. You can also contact our customer service team for further assistance.
