The Neomow X series is engineered to deliver precise and efficient lawn care. Below are the key performance specifications and recommendations to help you achieve the best results with your mower:
Slope Handling
- Maximum Gradient: 24° (45%).
The Neomow X is capable of handling steep slopes, making it suitable for most uneven terrains.
Obstacle Crossing
- Obstacle Height: Up to 5 cm.
The mower can traverse obstacles such as roots, small rocks, or uneven ground up to this height.
Height Clearance
- Minimum Clearance Height: 45 cm or greater.
The mower can safely pass under objects or through spaces where the height is more than 45 cm.
Narrow Path Navigation
- Minimum Path Width: 77 cm.
- Minimum Mowing Area Width: 150 cm.
For smooth navigation through narrow paths or mowing zones, ensure:- Pathways or return-to-base routes are wider than 77 cm to avoid obstacles.
- Lawn areas are wider than 150 cm for efficient mowing.
Cutting Deck Specifications
- Blade Width: 280 mm.
- Cutting Height Range: 30 mm – 85 mm (1.2 in – 3.3 in).
You can adjust the cutting height to match your lawn’s maintenance needs.
Grass Cutting Performance
- Daily Maintenance:
For optimal performance, trim your lawn to a height of 10 cm (4 in) or less before the first use. This allows the mower to operate more effectively. - Tall Grass Mode:
For occasional patches of taller grass, use the High Grass Mode, which can handle grass up to 15 cm (6 in) in height.
Note: This mode is not suitable for large areas of dense, tall grass.
Boundary and Edge Cutting
Boundary Distance: The mower cuts grass approximately 15 cm from the edge.
-
- This includes a 10 cm distance between the blade and the boundary.
- An additional 5 cm is required between the mower body and the boundary during setup.
Blade Operation
The blades remain lifted (at least 90 mm above the ground) and inactive when the mower travels:
-
- From the charging station to the mowing area.
- Through designated pathways.
Tip for Maximizing Coverage:
If you want the mower to cut grass while moving through pathways, include these areas in the mowing zone during the map setup. This ensures the mower will mow grass in the pathway while performing its tasks.
